I brought my car in after a deer accident. I was told 7-10 business days. It’s been over 12 business days and it will be 3 weeks on Wednesday. I have called several times. Talked to the girl and guy at the Auto body. I even asked to talk to the manager. The service department has had it for over a week now. They said they were short staffed but it didn’t feel like it was a priority when I called. I have car rental insurance but I still have to pay towards it. So the longer you have it the more I have to pay. I waited over a month to get in. They said it was because I wanted a loaner. I thought it was because of all the car deer accidents that they said they had. I said I have car rental coverage. I would have done that if that was the only reason we had been waiting. Plus my rental coverage is only good for 30 days. Maybe next time you send a memo out about the service that I received maybe you should make sure that I have the car back first. It may be that the auto body is done with it but I still don’t have my car. The whole ordeal has left me not very happy as you can tell. Thank you for listening. Tammy .

Everything went really well from the time I started looking for a truck until I got it All paper work was ready for me to sign when I went to pick it up. John also showed me how to work all the controls that are all new to me and told me if I needed any more help just let him now and he would be happy to help me. I was happy with everything.
