The service department completed a repair and worked with my extended warranty to cover all but the $100 deductible. They contacted the company, filled out any required paperwork and billed the warranty.

The salesperson Danielle was wonderful and made the purchase of my new vehicle a positive experience. She was detailed, and I never felt pressured. She took extra time answering all of my questions throughout the entire process. She was also the only one eager to help me the first day I stepped foot into the dealership. When I find a salesperson that I have a good experience with and trust, I stick with them for future sales and recommend that my friends and family use them as well. My past salesperson at a different dealership had retired, and I had to find a new salesperson. I am grateful to have found Danielle. The finance person had a great personality, and I did appreciate that. I am not sure if I truly got the best deal possible, but everyone needs to make their living I suppose.

Darlene was so patient and understanding! She listened to every last thing I requested and made sure I was comfortable with every last aspect of.

My car is fixed and drives but took a week to have it done. My friend has the same car and same issue, she took it to mt pleasant and it was done in 3 days. I was told by the service department they needed a whole other day just to test drive the car. Had to find a ride again since the dealership had no loaners. To top it off, I had put my warranty paperwork in the vehicle if there was any other issues but the recall, and my papers were not in the car when i picked it up. Not happy that I now have to call my dealership where i bought the car to get the papers back. I wont be returning to this dealership.
