I would give a higher rating if my vehicle was returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I’m very meticulous about the interior of my vehicle. I don’t step on my door sills and I keep my interior wiped down. When I got into my vehicle there was dirt/grime on my door sill—I completely understand it’s hard to get in and out of a vehicle when it’s on a lift and to get yourself through the small door opening without dragging your feet. All I ask is: if you don’t see other marks on the door sill from the owner, then you should probably wipe it down before returning the vehicle to the owner. I also had a distinct hand print on my dash above my steering wheel—I’m not sure if it was oil or some other liquid nor do I have any idea what warranty work would have caused the technician to have their hands on the dash. In the past, I’ve had similar marks on my door, as well as oil residue on my steering wheel. Again, if you’re not going to wear gloves or remove them before touching interior parts, then the inside should be wiped down before being returned to the customer. I only brought my vehicle in because there were recalls that needed to be fixed—as far as I know that went well. I used to have my oil changes done at the dealership, but I have gone away from this because I always have to detail the interior of my car when I get home, which is very frustrating considering what an oil change costs.

Customer Service rep Kyle kept me informed of the vehicle's issue. Also made recommendations for repairs. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

My appointment was on time. The checkout gal went over everything with me.

Got me right in and was done when they told me it would be.

Easy to schedule, good communication, timely service. Just what I look for.

Was fine except for the fact the oil change took 2 1/2 hours which has never happened before. Apparently they had to clean the drains and they had to move all the stuff back. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have came at a different time or day.

Everyone was friendly and professional and got it done when they said it was done.
