Unable to solve problem Very poor communication

Great service - Mistakenly dropped my car for service a week before I was scheduled. They were still able to fit it into their schedule and get the maintenance done anyway.

Very satisfied

Dropped off truck for oil change and possible issues with transmission. Was provided a ride home and later a ride back to pick up the truck. Service was completed as I expected. Great Job!

I found the experience to be great until i was with the finance manager reviewing the final documentation. When I came to look at my new truck we negotiated a trade in value that the sales manager Alex agreed to. On that day he never mentioned that he would be giving me less than the agreed amount and was going to make up the difference with a sales tax credit. It wasn't until I was with the finance manager that I found this out. When I spoke to Alex about that he put the blame on the sales agent Chad. Alex was also in the room when we agreed to that amount and they even wrote it on the paper. I found this extremely dishonest and unfair. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family and will no longer do business with this dealership in the future.

It was a good experience.

Always good service and checking issues I think might be happening out of the normal range of general oil change. Will answer any questions I have.

I highly recommend Youngs Dealership, service and body shop. The everyone that works there are amazing to deal with and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
