• contact insurance company! - this is the first step in the autobody process and allows us to start a game plan to get you back on the road damage free! 
• writing of the estimate - our management and service team will assess the damage and determine the required operations to replace damaged parts to give you the best quote possible 
• customer and insurance confirmation - this allows the management team to plan the repair, and the customer to accept and set up payment  
• order parts - this allows us to get an estimated time of delivery on your parts so the repair can begin!   
• schedule repairs (based off parts delivery) - when the parts are projected to come in we can schedule the repairs, allowing a smooth process without wasting any time!  
• pre-wash vehicle - the vehicle is washed and re-inspected before the repair takes place to ensure nothing is missed.  
• removal of dense and damaged parts - the team removes all damaged parts and larger parts that may get in the way   
• paint process (refinish) -the new parts are now painted and refinished like its coming from the factory.  
• reinstallation and polish - the new parts are installed on the vehicle, and polished so they are nice, new, and shiny.  
• final wash vehicle - the vehicle is washed one more time as an addition service, so it looks like the first day you rolled it off the lot! 
• pick up - now you have a refreshed and repaired vehicle to drive home!Â
